Not a salon slot calendar

Rent kits and serials with prep buffers, holds and delayed returns — not 30-minute slots.

  • Conflict detection
  • Hold → issue → return
  • Deposits
  • PDF quotes

Booking rules from discovery

  • Minimum rental period and prep/QC buffer
  • Partial kit return and prolongation
  • On-site replacement when gear fails
  • Multi-warehouse: which site supplies the rig
  • B2B invoice vs consumer online payment

Calendly does not know kits. Google Calendar does not detect serial conflicts when strike of one show overlaps rig of another. That domain logic is what we built into DryRent and Royal Rental as first-class rules.

Customer journey

Public form creates a draft; manager confirms composition; system shows availability and deposit. After approval — WMS reserve, PDF quote, prep task. Telegram notifies crew when status becomes ready for dispatch. Client portal reduces where-is-my-order calls.
