Website on subscription.
App and Telegram bot — on subscription too.
Development on subscription: we split the cost of a site, app, Telegram bot, or system into equal payments. During the contract you use the result. When the total is paid, I hand over the repository, domain, server, and all work.
Price locked in the contract · launch does not wait for the last payment
While payments run, the project is live. Keys move when the total is closed.
-
Repository Source, history, Git access. Any team can continue.
-
Domain Registrar and DNS in your name. Not tied to my account.
-
Server Hosting, panels, keys, related mail if we ran it — handed over.
-
Work product Designs, copy, integrations, docs — everything in the contract.
Examples: a website on subscription looks like this
Live projects, not templates. The same format can be a website, store, or system on subscription.
What you can order on subscription
Website on subscription, app on subscription, Telegram bot on subscription — same rule: we split an agreed price, not a page-builder rent.
Website on subscription
Landing, company site, or store on subscription — launched on the build schedule.
App on subscription
Mobile app on subscription: iOS / Android or a cabinet. Pay on a schedule, use it as it ships.
Telegram bot on subscription
Telegram bot on subscription: leads, booking, payments. Smaller quotes split the same way.
CRM on subscription
CRM, warehouse, booking — a system on subscription over 6 or 12 months.
Development on subscription
Custom product. Same handover after 100%.

Development on subscription: website, app, Telegram bot
If you need a website on subscription, an app on subscription, or a Telegram bot on subscription — this is not Tilda rent. It is development on subscription: we fix the quote, split it over 6 or 12 months, launch, and after full payment hand everything over.
A website on subscription covers a landing, company site, or store. An app on subscription covers iOS, Android, and cabinets. A Telegram bot on subscription handles leads, booking, and payments. CRM on subscription and a system on subscription are for process, not “one more page”. Development on subscription always ends with the repository, domain, server, and work product.
How it works
-
1
Brief and total
We size the job. The price is fixed in the contract.
-
2
6 or 12 months
The total is split into equal payments. Longer term does not cut scope.
-
3
I build and launch
You start using the result when it is ready — not after the last invoice.
-
4
Last payment
At 100% I hand over the repository, domain, server, and all work.
Two payment terms
The product stays the same. Only the monthly amount changes.
6 months
Quote ÷ 6
Close faster, higher monthly payment.
- Equal monthly payments
- Launch on the build schedule
- Full access after 100%
Most chosen
12 months
Quote ÷ 12
Smaller monthly payment, same scope.
- Equal monthly payments
- Launch on the build schedule
- Full access after 100%
Terms
Plain rules — not a bank offer.
-
01
We split a build, not a template rent
The contract names a product: site, app, bot, or system. The total is fixed. Monthly payment = that total divided by 6 or 12.
-
02
Equal payments
No floating interest from my side. The schedule is in the contract. Delays are discussed immediately.
-
03
Launch does not wait for the last payment
You use the result when it is ready. Repo, domain, and server stay with me until the full amount is paid.
-
04
During the contract
I keep hosting and the live environment. Small copy and block edits in the agreed scope. Big new modules are a separate estimate.
-
05
After full payment — full access
Repository (source), domain, server access, and all project work. Nothing held “just in case”.
-
06
Whose product
After the total is closed, it is yours. Optional paid support, next stage, or you run it yourself.
-
07
Early close
Pay the remainder sooner and take the keys immediately.
-
08
What is out of scope
A new store instead of a brochure, a stack rewrite, “make it like the competitor” mid-term — new estimate.
What you get at 100%
Four things that actually make the product yours.
Repository
Source, history, Git access. Any team can continue.
Domain
Registrar and DNS in your name. Not tied to my account.
Server
Hosting, panels, keys, related mail if we ran it — handed over.
Work product
Designs, copy, integrations, docs — everything in the contract.
FAQ
Is this a bank installment?
No. It is a contract between us: fixed quote, equal payments for 6 or 12 months. No bank interest.
When do I get the site / bot / system?
You use it when the build is ready. Repository, domain, and server move after full payment.
What if I stop halfway?
Covered in the contract. Typically: paid work stays, keys wait for 100%, I do not keep building on credit.
Does a small landing qualify?
Yes. Shorter quotes often take 6 months — useful if you also want hosting and care during the term.
Can we add features mid-way?
Small agreed tweaks — yes. New sections or logic — we estimate and add to the schedule or do after close.
What is a website on subscription?
A website on subscription is a real build paid in equal 6- or 12-month parts. Not a builder: after full payment you get the repository, domain, and server.
Can I order a Telegram bot on subscription?
Yes. A Telegram bot on subscription uses the same rule: we fix the bot price and split it. After 100% you get the code and access.
Is an app on subscription a rental?
No. An app on subscription is installment development. After the total is paid, the app is yours.
How is development on subscription different from a builder?
Development on subscription means your code and your infrastructure. A builder stays with the platform. Here you take the full website on subscription after payment.
