What’s new in 1.1.2

Smooth brightness keys, fast presets and battery protection — no panel flashes.

In 1.1.2 brightness keys no longer flash to maximum: each step sets the exact value — no jump, no one-second panel flash. Option + brightness keys step by 1%. Click the sun to cycle SDR → 1000 → 1600 nits.

Show nits in the menu bar. On battery you can cap brightness at SDR to save charge. After sleep, brightness restores itself. External displays via DDC on Apple Silicon.
