ArenaPackFile

Gets your videos show-ready for Resolume Arena—before you hit the stage.

ArenaPackFile is a Mac utility that prepares video for Resolume Arena shows. It is not an NLE and not a generic converter: you drop files in, and it shows what will run cleanly on stage and what you should fix first.

What it does

Surfaces clip risks before the gig—audio, codec, dimensions—and helps you shape the pack for Arena.

Add clips one by one or whole folders—from different locations. Already added clips stay in the list, and adding the same file again will not create a duplicate. You can also watch a folder so new clips are picked up automatically.

Each clip shows a preview frame, status, audio presence, resolution, duration, fps, and codec. Reorder by dragging. In the sidebar you can enlarge the frame and scrub a short playback.

Names are built for Arena columns—like 01_concert_intro. Ready-made prefix templates (concert, club, festival, and more) plus a naming studio let you edit every name before export.

Embedded audio is visible right away—strip it from one clip or the whole pack. Convert to ProRes or H.264 with even dimensions. Convert only yellow and red clips if you want. Optional backup of originals before conversion. For DXV3, a dedicated button opens Resolume Alley where that codec is best finished.
