“Website on subscription” here is not a template locked in someone else’s builder. I build the project — landing, company site, or store. We fix scope and price, sign a 6- or 12-month contract, and you pay in equal installments while the site is already live.

How it works

  • Short brief, then a fixed scope and price in the contract
  • Payment term: 6 or 12 months, equal monthly payments
  • Launch follows the build schedule — not the last invoice
  • During the term: hosting if you want it, small edits, backups

6 vs 12 months

Six months if you want to close the balance sooner. Twelve if a smaller monthly payment is easier. The site itself is not cut down for a longer term — only the schedule changes. Big extras stay out of the monthly fee unless we add them in writing.

What the contract covers

  • Agreed site, built and launched
  • Domain and hosting for the term, if you do not want to run it yourself
  • Copy, photo, and block tweaks that do not change the logic
  • Updates, backups, basic security
  • Direct contact when something breaks

A new catalog, a store instead of a brochure, or a stack rewrite is a new estimate — not a surprise mid-term.

After the term

The site is yours. Source and access are not held hostage. You can extend support monthly, order the next stage, or run it yourself. No “we switch the builder off tomorrow.”
